Since the main board is down, I figured I'd post here. I am now Seven months, one week, 15 hours, 34 minutes and 20 seconds smoke free. That's 8785 cigarettes not smoked, saving $2,415.68. Life saved: 4 weeks, 2 days, 12 hours, 5 minutes. :approve: I hope some others come to visit while the main board is down...  Shalom! |

Well, the main board is down again, But, I'm still smoke free! Today, it is One year, three months, three days, 14 hours, 8 minutes and 11 seconds without nicotine! That's 18423 cigarettes not smoked, saving $5,066.48. Life saved: 9 weeks, 23 hours, 15 minutes.  How are you all doing? Shalom! |

Wow Teach,
I can't believe that it's already been more than a year since you quit smoking. I have never smoked, but I do remember when you started on your journey to being free of the cigs. Congratulations !!!! That is a really awesome accomplishment.

Here we are again...well, at least I'm here! :wink3: Today, I am One year, eight months, three days, 6 hours, 37 minutes and 52 seconds nicotine free.
