Gratitude Question?

Hi,

I am around the rooms and am in early sobriety.

I have heard a lot of people saying that gratitude is vital to remaining sober.

I have read most of the big book.

I'm wondering is their any specific suggestion around gratitude in the AA program?

For example say list 5 things your grateful for every night or morning or something like this?

Please help.
