Hang on Ro, talk to us. After the kids are at martial arts class then call your crisis worker and/or your sponsor. You can get thru this. Hang on to us or anyone close to you. Take it one minute at a time. You'll be ok, just hang on.

is it correct Rowan that you seem to be struggling since meds were changed?? Are you keeping a journal ? Can you see any pattern?/
Rowan you are a great mother and a hard worker. you are a very caring person and have helped many of us here. You posted a picture of yourself and your daughter a while ago and may I say you are also a beautiful looking woman as is your daughter. Please think positive. You can survive this. It will pass. You need a proper assessment of those meds I think

I have 5 minutes before I leave. Tried crisis worker she isn't on call. I hung up but will try back see if I can talk to someone on call. I don't see crisis or pdoc for another 2 weeks but these meds or whatever is happening might kill me before then. I am not going to kill myself. But I am shrinking if that makes sense. I'm in a lot of pain i can't describe it I just feel hopeless and helpless.

crap ,i hate the not being there just at this moment. Wish we could buy you some of that coconut junk food you were enjoying earlier and rent out a dvd concert with gary in it, and all sit with you and watch you drool!!
